Here is my question for you this morning…
What’s most important to you? If I asked you what is the one thing you really want to do on a daily basis that you know would make a significant difference in your life , but you can never seem to find the time to do it, what would that be.?
In other words, what is a really great habit you want to form that you know would have a significant impact on your life? Take a moment to think about this.
Maybe it might be getting more exercise.
Or perhaps implementing a healthier diet .
Perhaps you want to devote some time to daily self improvement.
Or perhaps you want to invest more into your business or job so you can get ahead.
Or improve your family relationships, pursue a hobby or sport , or simply just find time to do a little more reading each day
Once you’ve figured out what you want to work on, what you want to improve, and what’s important to you, we’ll think about how you can make it part of your morning routine.
Sit back and imagine your perfect morning.
It isn’t stressed or rushed.
The most important thing is to choose a day when you know you have time for everything on your list. Perhaps it might simply be enough time for a long shower.
Maybe it might be an early morning run before breakfast.
Or perhaps you would love to have a few minutes to spend with your partner or spouse over coffee it’s having a few minutes to connect with your spouse over coffee .
It might even being having some time in the morning to work on your side hustle.
That’s a lot of “maybes” but the key is to start with what’s most important to you and think about how you could fit it into your morning routine. Keep in mind, at this point you’re just dreaming and imagining these things. Later on we’ll work on figuring out where to find the time to fit it into your schedule and how to make it all work out .
Right now, simply paint a vivid picture in your mind of what your new morning could look like.
It is import you gain clarity on what you want your perfect morning to look like. Use your imagination to see it in as much detail as possible. If you write it down on a piece of paper or notebook, then you can refer back to when needed. Go ahead now – define your perfect morning….and write it down!
This is very important important. Why?
Because you can’t start to make any meaningful changes until you know what your goals are. You need to know your destination before you can start to pick a route and figure out how you’ll get there.
That’s what today’s task is all about. It’s figuring out where you want to get to. Don’t stop until you have it figured out and firmly pictured in your mind.
