My Mission

After working as a teacher and a counsellor for many years, it was time for a change. A lot of time is spent looking back to the past in counselling to determine what is contributing to the current issues. I prefer to look forward.

Life coaching was the perfect switch for me to make as a good life coach literally takes people on a journey from where they are now to where they want to be. It is a pleasure and a privilege to see lives changed as I walk along side someone with the desire and motivation to make changes in their life, but needs some support and guidance to take the right steps.

Step 2. Watch your email for questions from me. Before we hop on a Zoom call, I’d like to know a bit about you and what you’d like to get out of coaching with me.

 Step 3. Hit “reply” to that email and answer the questions.

Step 4. At the scheduled time of your call, jump on Zoom and we’ll chat! We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit for each other before you commit.

Step 5. Then we’ll get started! If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started.

If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, no worries – we will have had a nice chat. I’ll even be  happy to share other resources to help you get what you need if I think any are appropriate..
